A meeting of the Putnam County Board’s Finance Committee was called to order at 8:30 A.M. on October 31, 2018, in the Board Room at the Putnam County Courthouse in Hennepin, Illinois by Putnam County Board Chairman Steven Malavolti.

Roll call was taken with Sheila Haage, William Holmes, and Steven Malavolti answering.  Board member Luke Holly arrived late for the meeting at 8:50 A.M.  Board member Duane Calbow was unable to be present for the meeting.  Also present for the meeting was County Zoning Officer Jim Burger, County Clerk & Recorder Dan Kuhn, County Death Investigator Robert Cofoid, County O.E.M. Coordinator Robert Cofoid, and County Circuit Clerk Cathy Oliveri.     

This meeting of the Putnam County Board’s Finance Committee was called to continue to meet with each of the office holders and department heads to review and discuss their respective budget appropriations for nest fiscal year (December 1, 2018 thru November 30, 2019.  The committee reviewed and discussed the budget appropriations for next fiscal year with the Zoning Officer, the County Clerk & Recorder, the Death Investigator, the Office of Emergency Management Coordinator, and the Circuit Clerk.       

At 11:58 A.M., the meeting was suspended until Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.  At that time, the Finance Committee will continue with the review and discussion of the Annual Appropriation Ordinance (Budget) for the Fiscal Year beginning December 1, 2018 and ending November 30, 2019.  The next Regular Meeting of the Putnam County Board is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
