Early Voting for the General Primary Election
March 17, 2020
Putnam County Clerk and Election Authority Dan Kuhn would like to inform the registered voters of Putnam County that pursuant to Article 19A-15, 19A-20 of the Illinois Election Code (10 ILCS 5), Early Voting for the General Primary Election to be held on March 17, 2020, for all Putnam County Precincts will be conducted at the Office of the Putnam County Clerk at the Courthouse at 120 N. 4th Street in Hennepin, Illinois. Early Voting will begin Thursday, February 6th and will continue through Monday, March 16th on weekdays from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. and also on Saturday, March 14th from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon. Any voter that is a valid registrant in Putnam County may vote during the Early Voting period after showing proper identification. However, any vote cast is final and may not be revoked. As a result, the Early Voter is not eligible to cast a vote on Election Day.
