Nancy Mattingly Kevin E. Kunkel was elected to the position of County Treasurer in 1998. A life long resident of Granville, Kevin still lives in the house he grew up in. He is the son of Joan & Eugene Kunkel. He married Becky in 1983. They have 3 children, Justin, Matthew, & Brittany. He is the very proud grandfather of Trent. He graduated from St. Bede Academy & the University of Illinois. |
