2012 Farmland Assessment Notice

The 2011 Farmland Assessments in PUTNAM COUNTY will be calculated based on the following information supplied by Illinois Department of Revenue. Public Act 84-1275 limits the annual per acre change in equalized assessed value (EAV) for each productivity index (PI) to 10%.

For 2012 formula-generated EAV’s are more than 110% of the 2011 EAV’s for all PI’s. Therefore, the 2012 certified EAV’s are exactly 10% more than the 2011 certified EAV’s for all PI’s.
